The Mission

The mission of Eastern Construction Management is to offer project owners and financers expert services in Consulting, Construction Management, Design, Engineering as well as Project Accounting and Reporting. ECM holds true to the philosophy that a true Construction Management firm does not engage in actual contracting, instead we represent the interest of the project owner as we provide oversight in all aspects of the building process. Within the overall process we feel our preemptive ability allows the project owner to realize tremendous savings while still maintaining critical budget and schedule milestones.
